Community Health Centers provide health care for all ages. This includes comprehensive primary care, behavioral health care, dental care, prenatal care, nutritional and diabetic counseling, services for the LGBTQ community and HIV/AIDS services.

CFHI

The Children and Family Health Institute (CFHI) is a charitable, nonprofit program of VNA Health Group. Contributions from individuals, foundations and corporations provide funding to help ensure the sustainability and growth of the CFHI. A variety of giving opportunities are available including permanent naming opportunities, endowments, special events, planned gifts as well as grants to support innovation and research.
