CFHI – Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)

Locations

Our low-threshold buprenorphine team provides destigmatized induction at our Harm Reduction Center in Asbury Park, and our MOUD RN provides direct linkages to telehealth services for MOUD at mobile sites throughout Monmouth County

To be eligible for this service, individuals must express a goal to reduce or cease opioid use

Insurance/income Requirements

There are no insurance or income requirements for this program

Cost

Clinical services, case management, and peer navigation are provided free of charge. If participants lack insurance, our program can also cover the costs of medication.
