Day-Of Golfer Information:
10:00 am – Golfer Arrival
10:30 am – Golfer Registration
11:00 am – Golfer Luncheon on outside patio
12:30 pm – Shotgun Start (Please be at golf cart staging area no later than 12:15 pm.)
5:30 pm – Cocktail Reception, Dinner Buffet and Awards Presentation on outside patio

If you have not yet done so already, we ask the you please confirm if you prefer to walk during the outing, use a cart or a combination. In addition, if you have not done so, please submit your GHIN#. Base fees for caddies ($40 Forecaddie and $70 Carrying) will be paid by the outing – gratuities would be appreciated.

The Driving Range and Putting Green areas will be available for warm-up and practice.

Please note per the Club’s current COVID-19 guidelines and Visiting Nurse Association Health Group policy, masks are required for all indoor areas for unvaccinated individuals. Our pre and post golf receptions will be held outside on the patio. When using indoor facilities i.e. main dining room, restrooms, locker rooms and pro shop, unvaccinated members and guests must wear masks. Thank you for your adherence as we strive to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Please join us at Hollywood Golf Club, home of the renowned championship golf course designed by Walter J. Travis and ranked last year 83rd in Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Best Courses of America. Proceeds from our inaugural event will benefit VNA Health Group’s hospice program providing high quality, compassionate care for patients and their families at end of life.

Entry Fee: $4,000 per Foursome plus Club Pro includes:

Format: One (1) professional partnered with four (4) member amateurs representing the invited club will combine one (1) best ball gross with one (1) best ball net for a 18-hole team total score. Each professional will participate in a separate professional event that is a 18-hole stroke play event.

• Pro Purses Awarded: 1st $1,750; 2nd $1,000; and 3rd $500
• Low Pro and Low Team Winners
• Low Gross and Low Net Divisions
• Handicaps Index’s – “A Players +3.7 to 10 and “B Players 10.1 to 18 (Max handicap of 18 will be applied for players with higher handicaps)

Participants must have valid USGA handicap index, verified by their home club or by sending a copy of their index card. Participants without handicaps will play to “O”
