We strive to provide the highest quality and most compassionate care, often during some of life’s most difficult and challenging times. If you have received exceptional care from a VNA Health Group nurse, caregiver or aide, honor him or her for the impact they have made in your life.

The Caregiver Hero program enables families and individuals who have received exceptional care to make a gift in their honor. Staff members who have been recognized as “Caregiver Heroes” receive a special lapel pin and keepsake card as part of the recognition.
