Jenna Vaccaro Named to NJBIZ 2026 Forty Under 40

When Jenna Vaccaro, MPH, joined VNA Health Group in 2009 as a community communications associate, she was just beginning a career in public health. More than 16 years later, she is helping lead the organization where she got her start, overseeing programs that provide care to tens of thousands of New Jersey children and families each year.

That career and impact have now earned Jenna recognition as one of NJBIZ’s 2026 Forty Under 40 honorees.

As Chief Administrative Officer of Executive Offices and the Children and Family Health Institute (CFHI), Jenna oversees more than 20 grant-funded programs while working closely with VNA Health Group’s executive leadership to support the organization’s strategy and continued growth.

“Jenna is an exceptional leader who understands that everything we do comes back to the people and communities we serve,” said Christopher Rinn, President and CEO of VNA Health Group. “She leads with humility and integrity, brings people together, and never loses sight of our mission. We’ve had the privilege of watching Jenna grow as a leader throughout her career at VNA Health Group, and this recognition is very well deserved.”

In 2025 alone, CFHI programs provided no-cost care and services to more than 55,000 people. That included 32,000 families who received nutrition assistance and education, and more than 8,000 children with special needs who were connected to critical support services.

Jenna also played an important leadership role during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Chair of the Board of Trustees of VNACJ Community Health Center, she helped lead one of New Jersey’s largest community vaccination efforts, supporting the outreach, operations, billing, and technology systems that enabled more than 100,000 people to receive COVID-19 vaccinations.

Throughout her career, Jenna has credited the people around her with inspiring her work and shaping her approach to leadership.

“The people at VNA Health Group are the reason I love working here,” Jenna shared in a recent Leadership Spotlight. “I’ve always been granted the opportunity to grow and learn. That support has meant everything to me.”

Her Forty Under 40 recognition continues a year of honors for VNA Health Group leaders. In June, Sahai Cole, MS, Alex Binder, MBA, and Shannon Preston, MSW, LSW, were each named 2026 NJBIZ Health Care Heroes for their contributions to public health, home-based care, and innovation.

NJBIZ’s Forty Under 40 awards recognize professionals under the age of 40 who are making an impact in their industries and communities across New Jersey. The 2026 honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on October 27 at The Marigold in Somerset and featured in a special NJBIZ events supplement.
