Chief Compliance & Clinical Risk Management Officer

Karyn Holley is the Chief Compliance & Clinical Risk Management Officer for VNA Health Group.  She also serves as the Privacy Officer and is responsible for compliance operations’ oversight which includes comprehensive annual assessment, internal and external audit, compliance committees, compliance education and ensures the Board of Directors, leadership, all employees and contracted associates are in compliance with rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, company standards and the VNAHG Code of Conduct.

Karyn is a registered nurse with clinical and business experience in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Georgia.  Her healthcare compliance background includes oversight for comprehensive healthcare systems as well as third- party administration for insurance products.  She has presented on multiple occasions to the Health Care Compliance Association’s professional conferences and is an annual Expert Speaker for Penn State University’s Mont Alto Campus Undergraduate Business Ethics Course.  Karyn is board- certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds certifications in both healthcare compliance and healthcare risk management.

In her spare time, Karyn enjoys international travel, spending time with her family and friends, and music lessons.
