Stephanie Giordano

    Chief Philanthropy Officer

    Stephanie Giordano is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for the VNA Health Group. Stephanie manages all philanthropic support of the multi-state organization from various sources including events, grants, foundations and individual giving.  She is also responsible for increasing donations to the organization’s $25 million Moving Healthcare Forward: Together Campaign. A campaign focusing on our Four Bold Opportunities addressing the most urgent healthcare challenges of our time: Making Healthcare Equitable, Creating The Workforce Of Tomorrow, Impacting Behavioral Health, and Bringing Dignity To Aging.

    Prior to joining the VNAHG, Giordano served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives with Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation where she developed and managed strategy for all network-wide fundraising efforts. She was instrumental in helping integrate 17 unique entities into one cohesive network foundation after the 2016 merger of Hackensack University Health Network and Meridian Health.

    Giordano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Monmouth University. She and her husband, Michael, live in Farmingdale with their two children, Nicholas and Ava.
