Visiting Nurses and Home Health Aides
Our team works with each patients care team and family members to design a skilled nursing plan delivered by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs). The RNs provide patient monitoring and supervise the clinical staff, and can provide clinical care as needed. LPNs provide medication management, medical treatments such as injections and wound care, and other clinical services. CHHAs deliver assistance with daily living such as bathing, grooming, cooking, and light housekeeping as well as serve as a companion for trips outside the home. Every caregiver is insured and bonded by our private nursing agency, which serves Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union counties.
