Visiting Nurse Association Health Group Announces Transition of VNA of Ohio to h/care

Neptune, NJ and Cleveland, OH (May 6, 2025) – Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNA Health Group) and h/care are pleased to announce that, effective May 1, 2025, Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio (VNA of Ohio) has joined a new chapter under the leadership and strategic oversight of h/care. This transition marks a full change in ownership and ensures the continued delivery of high-quality, mission-driven home health services across Northeast Ohio, building upon VNA of Ohio’s longstanding legacy of compassionate, community-focused care.

h/care shares VNA of Ohio’s commitment to patient-centered care, employee well-being, and local team autonomy. By combining compassionate, hands-on care with innovative technology, h/care aims to enhance efficiency, build trust, and improve patient outcomes in the community.
