If you have recently lost a loved one and would like donations sent to VNA Health Group, you may include the following language in your loved one’s obituary or provide it to the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of ________ may be directed to Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Foundation, 3600 State Route 66, FL 4, Neptune, NJ 07753 or vnahg.org. Please specify you would like your gift directed to hospice care or area of greatest need.
