Live Independently with In-Home Care

Living independently is often a challenge for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. Home Health Care services help you achieve your goal of independence with nursing care, medication management and personal care.

Our multidisciplinary team includes nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and other clinicians who work with you, your doctor and caregiver to regain your independence and quality of life. If you have Medicare or Medicaid, a series of nursing and rehabilitation visits are often covered.

If you would like to supplement care provided to you under Medicare or Medicaid including personal assistance from a Certified Home Health Aide, our Private Care services can help. These services are often covered by long-term care insurance or paid out-of-pocket.
