Bereavement: Hearts of Remembrance

Help us support families as they heal from a loss.

“Hearts of Remembrance,” provides tools and activities, including specially created Bereavement Kits, to help families and children through the grieving process. The program, overseen by a Bereavement Committee comprised of bereavement coordinators, hospice social workers, hospice clinical managers and volunteers, empowers adults with education and guidance to navigate their own bereavement journey or help their children cope with the loss of a loved one. Join us in helping families heal.
