Ankle Pumps:
Ankle pumps are a simple exercise that will aid in circulation and combined with elevation of your legs, can improve edema. To perform, point your toes away from your head, and then pull them back towards your head. Perform at a quick pace and move through the full range of motion available. Repeat at minimum 10 repetitions ever hour you are awake.
