For Happier, Healthier, Families
Visiting Nurse Association Health Group’s Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) offers guidance to families to improve your pregnancy, enhance your child's health and development, and to help you achieve economic self-sufficiency. Moms-to-be are paired with one our specially trained registered nurses who will coach you and advocate on your behalf. Enrollees must be first-time mothers who have low incomes and are less than 28 weeks along in their pregnancies, though women can enroll as early as 12 to 14 weeks. A nurse will visit your home until your child is about 2 ½ years old, giving you all the support needed to navigate motherhood.
