2019-2020 Annual Report

We are so pleased and proud to introduce our 2019-2020 VNA Health Group Annual Community Impact Report. As a 108 year old, not for profit and mission driven organization, we are incredibly proud of the numerous accomplishments and progress made to provide home and community based care in our communities. It’s an honor each and every day to work together with over 2,500 dedicated VNA employees in New Jersey, Ohio and Southeast Florida caring for over 12,000 patients on any given day in their homes and their communities providing compassionate, high quality home health, hospice, primary care and supportive services. Reflecting on all that occurred in 2019, it’s impossible not to fast forward to all that happened in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold of our lives and our country. VNA, as it has throughout its history in the face of public health crises including influenza, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS, has risen above and beyond to the challenge providing care for over 1,400 COVID -19 positive patients to date and now assisting with the COVID-19 Vaccine efforts Our heroic VNA frontline super heroes have established best practice protocols for the health, safety and infection control of their patients and themselves. Our Children and Family Health Institute staff conducted testing of first responders and VNA employees early on and our Federally Qualified Health Centers continue to care for the community and ramp up using telehealth visits. Today, our number one focus remains on the safety of our employees and our patients! We are committed to our mission of caring for all patients in need, especially those who are most vulnerable and at risk. Thank you to all our donors, volunteers and employees for their commitment to VNA Health Group.
