A Better Quality of Care for a Better Pregnancy

If you are a pregnant woman in Monmouth County, we want to ensure you have the very best care possible for you and your unborn infant. Visiting Nurse Association Health Group has partnered with the State of New Jersey Department of Health and Monmouth Medical Center to provide skilled prenatal and postpartum care from Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM). Our midwives cultivate a supportive environment where you and your child will receive tailored care to meet your specific needs. Deliveries are scheduled at Monmouth Medical Center under physician-supervised care.

Our goal is to ensure you have a safe, comfortable pregnancy and delivery experience. To do that, we offer the following in our Community Health Center:

  • Regularly, scheduled check-ups and examinations
  • Supportive assistance from licensed social workers
  • Case management
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Prenatal care education

  • Asbury Park: (732) 776-3905 Tuesday 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Keyport: (732) 888-4158 Wednesday 8:30am – 4:30pm
